Joanne was a pleasure and very professional to work with. I had a POA situation I was involved in and Joanne handled it like a pro. Since I lived a province away it was reassuring to work with an agent that understood and was versed on working with a POA. Joanne was kind and patient with my elderly relative and was always very quick to keep us informed as to the status of everything. Working with a Condo / Strata sale or purchase is an enormous amount of work and the agent needs the knowledge to deal with this particular type of real estate transaction and Joanne definitely had that specialty.
